Finding the right therapist involves more than choosing a fee—it also means understanding what to expect. My goal is to make the financial side of therapy as straightforward and transparent as possible so you can focus on deciding whether we're the right fit.
Therapy is offered through secure telehealth appointments for adolescents (ages 13+), adults, couples, and families located in Michigan, Virginia, and Florida.. The initial appointment is the same fee as ongoing sessions and serves as the foundation for understanding your goals, experiences, and the patterns that bring you to therapy.
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. If cost is a concern, you're welcome to reach out to discuss whether a reduced-fee opening may be available.

Standard therapy sessions are approximately 53 minutes. Depending on your clinical needs and treatment goals, sessions may range from 45 to 90 minutes. Longer sessions may be recommended when additional time would be beneficial and are available by mutual agreement.
Standard appointment hours are available Tuesday through Friday during the day. Because evening appointments are limited, appointments beginning at 5:00 p.m. or later are reserved for private-pay clients and therapy groups.
If you're interested in an evening appointment, please reach out. I'd be happy to discuss current availability and determine whether an evening slot may be a good fit for your needs.
Insurance benefits vary depending on your specific plan. If you plan to use insurance, I encourage you to verify your mental health benefits and any out-of-pocket costs with your insurance provider before your first appointment.
I currently accept a variety of insurance plans for clients located in Michigan, Virginia, and Florida. If your insurance is not accepted, or if you prefer not to use insurance, private-pay appointments are also available.
